Welcome to PropertyWiseTools. Please read these terms carefully before using our templates or services. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to the following conditions:
1. Website Terms and General Conditions
By accessing or using the PropertyWiseTools website (the "Site"), you agree to these terms.

Acceptable Use: Use the Site only for lawful purposes. Do not scrape, hack, or misuse content. We may suspend access for breaches.[1]

Disclaimer: All Content / Services / Templates or otherwise are for general information/education only, not financial-, legal-, or investment- advice. Each customer must check, analyze all information submitted and make their own assessment on the basis of their individual requirements, individual (financial-) position or specific scope of their investment or project(s). We offer No guarantees of results and advice strongly to seek local independent advice.

IP Rights: All text, templates, tools, branding, and materials are owned by PropertyWiseTools. No unauthorized copying, resale, or sharing.

Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we exclude direct/indirect/consequential loss. Our liability is limited to providing information only. Any legal liability is capped at fees paid.

Governing Law: New Zealand law applies; disputes in NZ courts. We may update terms without notice.
2. Digital Products Terms (Templates, Downloads)
Purchases grant a limited licence only.

Licence Grant: Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence for personal/internal business use by one user/team (as specified). No resale, sharing, sublicensing, or public upload.

Delivery/Access: Downloads via link (limited attempts). You must secure your account/email. No refunds for change of mind once accessed, except as required by Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Prohibitions: No modifications for resale/competitor products. Delete copies on licence termination (e.g. breach). We may revoke for misuse.

Compatibility: Your responsibility to ensure software fit (e.g. Excel). Faulty files remedied under CGA.
3. Services Terms (Feasibilities, Programming, Workshops, Courses, Webinars, Budgeting)
These apply to bespoke or group services.

Scope: Services as described; based on your info/assumptions (not verified unless agreed). No guarantees of approvals, profits, or timelines.

Your Obligations: Provide accurate data promptly; make decisions; obtain own legal/financial advice.

Fees/Payments: All payments are Tax exclusive as stated. Upfront deposits for services; milestones for projects. Subscriptions recur until cancelled (end-of-period access).

Late Payments: Overdue: 1.5% monthly interest; suspend services; recover costs. No Back charges permitted under any circumstances.

Workshops/Courses Specifics: Access duration as stated (e.g. 12 months recordings). No transfers without fee. Behaviour rules apply; we may remove disruptive users.

Liability/Disclaimers: Reasonable care only. No outcome warranties. Liability capped at fees paid; excludes indirect loss (permitted by law). CGA applies to consumers.
4. General Commercial Terms

Termination: For breach/non-payment. Pay for work done; IP/confidentiality survive.

Confidentiality: We protect your info; you protect ours.

Consumer Rights: CGA/FTA apply where relevant (e.g. acceptable quality for consumers). Businesses may contract out if agreed. No misleading claims.
5. Privacy and Complaints

Privacy: Complies with Privacy Act. Data for services/marketing (opt-out available). See full policy.

Complaints: Email support@propertywisetools.com; response within 5 days. Remedies for valid CGA issues.
