Our Story
Property Wise Tools was founded by Olaf van Daal, a property development consultant, construction manager, master planner, and mentor with decades of hands-on industry expertise and global experience since 1987.
Those tools became the foundation of Property Wise Tools. Today, our mission is to help developers and investors stop guessing—and start building with clarity
After years of managing developments, running feasibilities, negotiating contracts, and guiding new investors, he noticed the same problems everywhere:
People bought sites without proper analysis
